Author Nitin Pandey

Nitin Pandey is an engineer-turned-entrepreneur with extensive experience across global technology organizations and the contemporary corporate ecosystem. Originally from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, and currently based in Noida, he has worked through complex systems, high-pressure decisions, and the human dynamics that shape teams and long-term outcomes.
He is the founder of Naught Venture Advisors Pvt. Ltd., where he focuses on building sustainable technology solutions rooted in clarity, restraint, and accountability—rather than short-term execution.
Alongside his professional journey, Nitin has maintained a lifelong engagement with India’s epics—not as religious texts, but as detailed explorations of leadership dilemmas, ethical conflicts, and decision-making under uncertainty. Epics At Work emerges from this dual perspective, bringing together modern workplace realities and timeless epic wisdom.

About The Book

Epics At Work

Epics At Work is a contemporary non-fiction book that reframes India’s ancient epics—the Rāmāyaṇa, the Mahābhārata, and the life of Krishna—as practical guides for modern professional life.

Leadership crises, ethical conflicts, burnout, toxic cultures, career setbacks, and moments of self-doubt are not new challenges. These struggles have been confronted and resolved in epic narratives for thousands of years. This book presents those moments as structured, relatable case studies for today’s workplaces.

Written in an accessible and engaging style, the book avoids academic analysis and religious instruction. Instead, it speaks directly to interns, professionals, managers, founders, and leaders navigating responsibility, power, and choice in uncertain environments.

The book concludes by reframing epic “weapons” into modern tools—data, culture, strategy, ethics, and judgment—highlighting that while technology evolves, dharma remains the most enduring competitive advantage.
